Right then, let’s have a look at Morecambe versus Solihull Moors. The Shrimpers, usually a decent shout at home, were up against a Solihull side who’ve been in good nick. The bookies had Solihull as slight favourites at 23/20, with Morecambe at 47/25 and the draw at a juicy 5/2.

Now, the TopB1ns Edge, bless its cotton socks, was bang on the money with the main result: it fancied Solihull Moors to nick it, and that’s exactly what they did, 2-0. So, a big tick for the Edge on the 1X2.

However, it went a bit wobbly on the Both Teams To Score front. TopB1ns Edge was shouting ‘Yes’, but the game finished 0-2, meaning ‘No’ was the winner. Bit of a teething issue there for the model, I reckon.

The Over/Under predictions were a bit of a mixed bag. The Edge correctly called Over 0.5 and Over 1.5 goals, which is fair enough. But it got Over 2.5 wrong – the game finished 0-2, so Under was the shout. It did nail the Under 3.5, though. All in all, a decent showing from the TopB1ns Edge, especially on the main result. It’s still early days, but it’s showing some real promise, that.
