Boreham Wood 2-1 Truro City

Boreham Wood snatched a dramatic late victory against Truro City in a National League encounter that went right down to the wire. The home side secured all three points with a goal deep into added time, leaving Truro City to rue their long journey home.

Boreham Wood began the match brightly, converting their early pressure into a 27th-minute goal. Truro City responded with a triple substitution in the 73rd minute, introducing Shaun Donnellan, Lirak Hasani, and Dominic Johnson-Fisher in place of Samuel Sanders, Yassine En-Neyah, and Rekeil Pyke, respectively. Abdul Abdulmalik had received a yellow card earlier in the 58th minute. As the match approached its conclusion, a draw seemed inevitable. However, in the 93rd minute, Matt Rush scored, securing a late victory for Boreham Wood. Truro City’s Tyler Harvey received a yellow card in the 90th minute.
